You can expect to receive a packaged service ranging from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 10 hours per week to suit your specific business needs.
Helping you with a full service of administration tasks could include creating meeting agendas, typing up meeting minutes, organising event documentation & scheduling meetings.
If you have a specific project, I can assist with some of the more specific administration. Each project is different but this could include filing electronic install paperwork and creating customer handover files.
Keeping on top of your financial administration can be time consuming, I may be able to help you process employee time sheets, process supplier invoices & statements and process simple My PAYE submissions.
If you need wider business administration support, I am happy to advise and assist with the creation of business processes, set up network folders and organise your documents into the new structure. I can also provide basic HR administration assistance to include recording holiday requests absences.
Do you want to attend more CPD events, or intrigued by the groups on Eventbrite but don't have the time to look into them? Working with you I am happy to create event and CPD schedules, booking them on your behalf and updating your calendar so you can continue your personal and professional development.
